I had sciatica pain and it stopped me from doing any sort of task where I had to sit for long periods of time: going to the theatre, attending volleyball games, etc. Even running short errands was painful. I had tried acupuncture, therapy, and epidurals, but they did little or nothing to relieve my pain. Acupuncture worked the best for a while, but after a while the doctor told me that he could “no longer help me.” I then found the Ventura Spinal Care Center through a friend who directed me to the website. After reading all the information, I felt like spinal decompression could be something that would really help me.
